About Me
I am a dedicated Educational Psychologist with a focus on therapeutic support for children, adolescents, parents and families. My passion lies in creating safe, nurturing spaces where clients can explore their emotions, develop resilience, and grow into their fullest potential, both personally and academically.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and relationship-driven. Whether through individual counselling, play therapy, or parent support, I aim to foster trust, emotional safety, and self-awareness. I create a warm and nonjudgmental environment where children and adolescents feel seen, heard, and empowered to express themselves. For younger clients, play therapy offers a developmentally appropriate way to process complex feelings and experiences, especially when they are unable to verbally articulate themselves. This promotes emotional healing and growth.

In addition to therapeutic work, I conduct psycho-educational assessments to better understand each learner’s cognitive, emotional, and developmental profile. These insights inform tailored intervention strategies and recommendations that support both learning and emotional well-being.

With a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Stellenbosch University, I bring a holistic, developmentally-informed perspective to my work. I also collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and schools to support inclusive practices, behavioural interventions, and personalised learning strategies that meet the unique needs of every learner.
